Privacy notice

J Francis Catering Co is run by Jonathan Francis, a sole trader based in Folkestone, Kent. This notice explains what I do with the details you send me.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form, I receive your name, email address and whatever you tell me about your event. If you order food, I also receive your phone number, delivery address and any dietary or allergy information you give me.

Why I use it

Only to reply to you, quote for and deliver your order, and keep you safe if you have allergies. I don't sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask me to.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months if they don't lead to a booking. Booking records are kept for as long as I need them for tax and food safety records.

Who else sees it

My website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Nobody else sees your details unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time. Email hello@jfranciscateringco.uk. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
